Increase microphone volume

To increase devices microphone volume we start by navigating to the "Devices" page on the side menu - ORGANISATION > DEVICES

Open

1. Locate the device of the microphone volume that you would like to increase and click the “Quick Actions” button as indicated below.

2. A menu will appear, select the “Components” option to open the device settings.

2. Navigate to the microphone component and select the associated edit button as indicated below. The user can then scroll the microphone slider to their desired level. Once completed click the “ Save” button to apply the changes.

Congratulations! You have successfully increased the device's microphone volume!
