To create and manage time-grids, we start by navigating to the “Timetables” page from the side menu. ORGANISATION > TIMETABLES

Add new time-grids

To add a new time-grid click the “+ ADD TIME-GRID” button on the top right-hand corner as indicated below. This will open the New time-grid pop-up.

  1. Enter the name of the time-grid that you would like the create.

  2. Select a time slot to activate the hour. Select and activate all the hours that you would like the grant access.

  3. These quick action buttons allow the user to easily select and deselect all hours for the day hovered over.

  4. Once completed and happy, click the “+ ADD TIME-GRID” to continue and add the time-grid.

Congratulations! You have successfully added a new time-grid.

Editing time-grids

Navigate to the time-grid that you would like to edit and click the associated edit button as indicated below.

The user will be navigated to the “TIME-GRID SETUP” page. Edit the name and timeslots as desired and once completed, click the “SAVE” button to apply the changes and navigate back to the Time-grids page.

Congratulations! You have successfully edited a time-grid.

Deleting time-grids

Navigate to the time-grid that you would like to delete and click the associated delete button as indicated below.

A confirmation pop-up will open prompting the user if they would really like the delete the time-grid. Click the “YES” button to continue.

The time-grid will be deleted and removed from the Time-grids list as indicated below.

Congratulations! You have successfully deleted a time-grid.
