No TAPS being received
Let's try to add an additional number so that the unit has some information to download.
We start by dialing *#0007, *#0004 from the cellphone number of the intercom.
Wait 5 minutes and then test again by dialing *#0003
Send an SMS with the word “Reboot” to the cellphone number of the intercom.
Wait 5 minutes and then send an SMS with the word “Update” to the cellphone number of the intercom.
Wait 10 minutes and then dial *#0003 to test again.
Now let's ensure the Relays are correctly set. We start by navigating to the "Devices" page on the side menu - ORGANISATION > DEVICES
Locate the desired device and click the “Quick Actions” button as indicated below.
2. A menu will appear, select the “Components” option to open the device settings.
3. Navigate to the “Incoming call” component and click the edit button as indicated below. Double check the Relay number and ensure this number is correct.
4. Once completed, save and dial *#0003 from the cell number of the intercom to re-test.
Let's also check the TAP and TAPeX relays and ensure they are enabled.
Click the edit button on the “TAPEX 1” component as indicated below. Ensure that TAP and TAPEX are enabled and that the Relay's and linked correctly.
