Description

Implement new method to obtain "Own Number" from intercoms.

Add SMS DEVID token to echo devid to a number to get number.
Lookup ICCID in MSIDN USSD to cache number.
Fixup Error Handling MSISDN.
Send GSM devinfo even if there is no number.
Preserve current data of local SIM card without OOB/MSISDN in schema.
Send GSM info on setting MSISDN.
