Description

Various bug fixes:

Only log socket close if link was up for more than 190s.
Add setting index to allow dtmf mode to be set by portal.
Add multiple DTMF Modes to authenticate on double press or with # as enter
fix up checking flags to log socket closures.
Add usb and eth2 devices to  wan.
Change token of 12v to 42 (Wrong allocation).
Add Multihome routing support on the NS board to allow for connecting via
     - Router (Snart plug and play dongle).
     - PPPoE.
     - WiFi.
     - Qualcom WWAN device (dongle).
Clear IP on connection close to force route selection on each new connection.
Add a token to send a hash of the eeprom bootloader config file for NS.
Change *#0030 to not run GSM functions on NS boards.
