DTMF (0-9)# key press sometimes misses the # key.

Various bug fixes:

Set stack size to 256k for NS boards.
Send up firmware status flag on *#0001.
Send up a 0 status flag if no update is found.

Don't activate lightning bus at all, honor DISABLE_AS3935.
Store results for early FG/Batt/Charger tests.
Don't run test if EEPROM is faulty.
Add battery check when starting test.
Add CCID to test structure and use it for birth data.
Don't use ATD SS on lite boards.
Execute SSHD/SSH from ATD to not be constrained by legato.
Add option to dnf update
