Let's ensure your trigger settings and relay is correct. We start by navigating to the "Devices" page on the side menu - ORGANISATION > DEVICES

1. Locate the device of the speaker volume that you would like to increase and click the “Quick Actions” button as indicated below.

2. A menu will appear, select the “Components” option to open the device settings.

3. Navigate to the “Incoming call” component and click the edit button as indicated below. Double check the Relay number and ensure this number is correct.

4. Once completed, save and dial *#0003 from the cell number of the intercom to re-test
