Comb Portal – Release 1.8.4 Patch 1 – Release Notes

The users of the MK II Lite intercom systems have highlighted issues regarding to the information message "Invalid unit".
This causes the intercom not being able to call the residents from the intercom, as well as remotes and PIN's not working. 

A patch to the Comb Portal website was released on 10 July 2020 to fix the following issues.

CP-638Intercom not receiving a complete database after a firmware upgrade - After the intercom completes a firmware upgrade, the intercom requests a complete download of the organisations database. Only a partial database was received, causing the intercom to display "Invalid Unit". A "Full Sync" was required as a work around.
CP-661Adding a new user did not send new data to the intercom - When adding a new user to a unit in an organisation, the new data was not transmitted to the intercom causing an "Invalid Unit" message to be displayed. A "Full Sync" was required as a work around.
