CP-1434	Missing relay for send SMS when doing a MK II BB to MK II BBH conversion - When converting a BB to BBH, the device component for tapx is not converted correctly. The BBH intercom will always have the field "Relay to send SMS" set to none despite tapx being enabled and a valid relay being selected on the BB intercom.
