Before the relay pulse time can be set on the keypad, the maintenance PIN must be configured on web site.

1. Log on to the Comb Web  site.
2. From Organisation → Devices → Quick Action → Components → Tamper 1, enter a Maintenance PIN and save.

Note: Maintenance PIN "0000" will not be accepted by the keypad as a valid code. 

To set the relay pulse time:

1. Enter *Maintenance PIN#xxx

Where xxx = 300 to 330.

300 = 0.5 seconds

301 = 1 second

302 = 2 seconds 

...

330 = 30 seconds

For example *1234#300 for 0.5 relay pulse time

or

*1234#315 for a 15 second relay pulse time.
