Comb Portal – Release 1.8.4 – Release Notes

Based on market feedback, as well as feedback from our testers, Comb
Communications schedules development efforts to address problems or the call
for new features. We appreciate feedback on the functionality and usability of our
software service platforms and prioritize our efforts accordingly.

In this release, several new enhancements and fixes have been addressed.

CP-582Comb Portal reports for MK II BB devices only showing data for Unit 1 - There was an issue when reading the log files from the MK II BB devices. This is now resolved and the reports are showing data for all units in a complex.
CP-588Logon page giving incorrect password errors - Users were sometimes given an "Incorrect Authentication" error when attempting to logon for the first attempt. The second attempt always allowed the user to logon.
CP-609Daily Sync time for MK II BB on Comb Portal was not created - The sync time for the MK II BB when migrated to Comb portal was not correctly created and sent down to the intercom resulting in the intercom not doing a daily sync.
CP-612Implement the new filtering on the Device Logs page - On the Device Logs page a new filtering mechanism was introduced, allowing support staff to locate a intercom or organisation quickly.

Opps Error when login out from Comb Portal - When the user logged out of Comb Portal an "Oops" error page was always displayed. 

CP-628Device Health Page no longer displaying data - In the last deployment for Comb Portal, the Device Health page stopped displaying the correct data.

General stability of the Comb Portal - Various issues with the stability and speed of Comb Portal were addressed in the latest release.
