License Scanner – Release 1.6.61 – Release Notes for Kleinbron

Data entry flow - Unit data entry moved from before scanning of licenses to after scanning of licenses.

Plug the scanner into a PC with the upgrade file.

The scanner will be displayed in File Explorer as “C71”.

File name: comb-licensescanner-v1.61-KleinBron.apk

Copy the file to Internal storage\Download directory.

Touch and hold the Comb Scanner Icon and drag the Comb icon to the “Unistall” icon.

or

Navigate to the System → Apps → Comb License Scanner → Uninstall.

Touch the “File Manager” icon and navigate to “Internal storage\Downloads”.

Tap on the “comb-licensescanner-v1.61-KleinBron.apk “ entry and select the “Install” option.

After the app is installed, tap the “Open” button and select “Allow” for the next 3 permission requests.

Login in using the assigned username and PIN.

Confirm version number tapping on the three dots in the top right hand side of the screen.

Version: 1.6.61.

Confirm that the new flow is working:
Tap “Entry” button.

App to request scanning of both driver and vehicle license’s in any order.

Then enter the unit number.
