Comb Portal – Release 1.6.6 – Release Notes
Based on market feedback, as well as feedback from our testers, Comb
Communications schedules development efforts to address problems or the call
for new features. We appreciate feedback on the functionality and usability of our
software service platforms, and prioritise our efforts accordingly.
In this release, a number of new enhancements and fixes have been addressed.

Release Headline Features
- Remote Usage Logging and Reporting – Usage of remote can be logged by
individual remote controller identification, even if multiple remotes are
associated with a single person. Enabled reporting of specific remote
controller usage. This means specific remotes and their usage can be
tracked and reported on. - Access and Billing Reporting – Downloadable Excel formatted reports can
now be accessed from Billing and Access Report Screen - Event Reporting – Where intercom printed circuit boards (PCB) have
been changed due to faults or maintenance, dashboard event reports now
include events linked to current and previous boards, not just the current
board. - Keypad Enhancements - Configuration options on keypads now allow the
flexibility for multiple gates and relays to be configured for different
Personal Identity Numbers (PINs) and Temporary Access PIN (TAP)
triggers. Individual keypads can now be uniquely identified and
configured to allow use of TAP/TAPx and PINs. - PIN Codes on Excel Reports - To assist managing agents, PIN codes are
now included on Excel reports. - Remote Management – Improve management of remotes by allowing
deletion of remotes from association with a user or the store - Menu Structures and User Interface - improved logic associated with
menu item display and selection to enable easier use of portal. Significant
changes to the menu system to be more functional and relate
functionality to specific use cases. Menu presents functional grouping of
administrative, installer and managing agent day to day activities.
