Add a device index for indicating the configuration for 2G/3G/4G/ handling -
The intercom will send a device token (9) index 72 to indicate which mode is set.

Sending the SMS command: APN reset will reset the Radio Access Technology (RAT) back to ALL. The reset command will also reset any special APN settings The special APN settings will be required to be sent again.
To set the required mode of operation, send the SMS command: rat ALL/3G/LTE.
