Portal Quick Actions - Ping & Verify - Add functionality to be able to send a "ping" to a device to see if it is online. The administrator can request a verification to check if the intercom database is up to date.

All device related data to be linked to device ID in addition to device serial number - All trigger, event and statistical data is linked to both the device ID as well as to the device serial number. This ensures that when PCB's are replaced, all data will still be linked to that complex.

Person email validation - 

Person email cleaning and validation

Person.setEmail

  • force email to lowercase (currently different capitalisation is seen as different emails)

  • trim spaces front and back

  • basic format validation (regex pattern)

CP-1211If license has expired, to remove the Full Sync Option - If the Intercom license has expired, to grey out the "Full Sync" option in the Devices/Quick Action menu to prevent updates being downloaded to the device.

Mobi App: MQTT not allowing push/ping message to lite intercom - If the communication protocol is set to MQTT, the MyComb app cannot send push messages to the intercom.

Token being generated for BBH - Token 66 index 35 was been generated for the BBH intercoms and displayed in the pending token page. This token is no longer generated for the BBH intercoms.

When adding to an empty unit, the unit page is not refreshed to indicate unit is occupied - When a person is added to an empty unit or the last person is removed from a unit, the unit color does not change to indicate the current status.

Duplicate Comb code checking does not revert back to the original code - If a duplicate Comb code is entered in the "Edit Organisation" page and error is displayed but the code is not cleared but actually saved.

Remote not returned to remote store when person is removed from unit - The remotes are now returned to the remote store when a person is removed from a unit.

MK II BB firmware versions being shown as unknown on installer dashboards - The MK II BB versions of firmware are now correctly displayed on the dashboard.

GPS location for device not saving co-ords - The setting GPS co-ordinate's in the Devices → Quick Action was not functional. Unable to use map to set the pinpoint and the values not saved to the database.

Add the ability to view comb license specifications - When browsing the available licenses for purchase, the description of the license was not displayed.

Hide Expire/Declined licenses on Dashboards - Remove the expired and declined licenses from the dashboard. The display of these license types was causing confusion.

Create notification service for devices not reporting evetns in x amount time - A service that will send an email to a defined email account to notify that the unit haas failed to send events in the last defined time period.

BBH Time stamps showing UCT (Coordinated Universal Time) - All times relating to BBH devices show UCT. The correct time zone is required to be added before displaying the date and times.

License packages and specifications all show in uppercase text - Remove the uppercase only property when adding test in the description textbox.
