CP-1344	Purchase of a Comb License package give an error - When trying to purchase any Comb Licenses pacakge, when clicking on the Purchase button an error is displayed on the page. The issue is resolved.
CP-1345	USSD command scheduler not running - The scheduler for the running of the USSD commands was not starting correctly and then failed to execute the defined USSD schedules. The issue is resolved.
