Add the ability to create new Mobile operators - For Comb administration, the ability to add new mobiles operators to the database

Delete a device from a complex should only flag the device as removed on not physically delete the device - To maintain data integrity, all deleted devices are now given a deleted status and not displayed.

Deleting a stalled firmware - If a device has been flagged for a firmware update and has not been upgraded the firmware update can be deleted and rescheduled for later.

USSD Command Scheduler - Add functionality to predefine USSD commands and allow the intercom to run the USSD commands on a schedule.

E&I: Intercom position can skip 2 and number > 3 generates an error page - The importing of a spreadsheet no longer generates an error when importing intercom position 1 and 3.

Invite Partner / Pending highlighted tab does not change when selecting pending invites - On the Pending Invite page, selecting the different tabs did not changes color in keeping with the selected tab.

List firmware in numerical order - To display currently loaded firmware in numerical order to provide Comb Administrators an easier way to locate the correct firmware.

Incorrect license selected when purchasing Comb Mobile Gateway - When selecting a second license the selected firmware was incorrect.

USSD: Can add an USSD schedule with an "empty name" field - When creating a USSD command structure, the user was able to add a "Blank" name.

Check for Mobi app link on "Deleted Persons" - When deleting a person from a unit the link for the mobile app was not removed correctly.
