Ticket Number | Description |
---|---|
CP-844 | Device stats persistence while offline - The MK II Lite now saves all statistical data to a database until the intercom is able to re-establish a data connection and upload the stored data. |
CP-862 | Mark as Service Exchange on Portal - Support personnel can now add additional history tags to indicate the current status of a PCB. |
CP-908 | No Country Selection in the Logon page Registration - When adding a new Installer or Managing Agent from the Logon page link, the country selection was not available. This would cause the new organisation to produce error pages when being used. The create new organisation page now shows the Country Selection drop down box. |
CP-968 | MKIIBB Log File Processing - Fails to load data to database - When processing the MK II BB logs files, the log data was not being inserted into the correct database tables. This has now been resolved and the log data for the MK II BB's can be viewed in the Device Logs page. |
CP-998 | Firmware refresh or delete option for upgrades - If a device was unable to download a new version of firmware, the device would remain in a pending state, unable to delete or restart the download process again. The user can now select either to delete the requested firmware download or to restart the firmware download. |
CP-1002 | Installer Dashboard - Reword device status from online and offline to represent last sync instead - Change the wording on the dashboard pages to better reflect the status of the devices. |
CP-1003 | Update device info & stats tokens to include timestamp - Include a timestamp on the device and statistic tokens to provide actual times, while the device was offline and unable to upload the information. See CP-844. |
CP-1068 | Comb Portal Login Page: Placeholders and first time user pop up - Provide samples of the required data for the logon page and a brief help pop-up for first time users. |
CP-1074 | Migrating Comb Connect log data to Portal - Migrate data from the Comb Connect web site to Comb portal so that clients can access their data from the Comb Connect Website after the migration process. |
CP-1076 | Cannot reassign remote from trigger store - When a remote was returned from a unit to the Trigger Store, it was unable to be reallocated to a new unit within the current session. |
CP-1078 | Force device serial to LOWERCASE when linking - When linking a PCB to an device, the user could use upper case characters thus resulting in a device not being linked correctly. The number is automatically converted to lower case characters. |
CP-1089 | Device Logs: fix installation date format - The date shown on the device logs was in the wrong format. The formatting has been corrected. |
CP-1092 | User maintenance issue - After completing the required fields for adding a user to an organisation, the data would be cleared during the selection of the default organisation. |
CP-1095 | Messaging Tab Control (SMS / Email / MobileAPP) tab-selection not working - When moving between the three different tabs, the current selected tab was not correctly highlighted. |
CP-1100 | Add time stamp next to date on SMS send history page - A time stamp is now displayed in the history page for sending of SMS. |
CP-1104 | Investigate Organisation List Dropdown - As an OEM user the Organisation dropdown list was slow to populate. This has now being resolved. |
CP-1124 | Error deleting Organisation - When trying to delete an organisation that was created without a country or a valid address, the error page would be displayed and the organisation could not be deleted. |
