Comb Portal – Release 1.9.4 – Release Notes

Based on market feedback, as well as feedback from our testers, Comb
Communications schedules development efforts to address problems or the call
for new features. We appreciate feedback on the functionality and usability of our
software service platforms and prioritize our efforts accordingly.

In this release, a new enhancement was implemented.

CP-448Bio Enrolment - Comb Portal now supports the enrolment of fingerprints for the iPulse biometric readers directly. There is no longer a stand alone application. The finger prints are scanned in via the Units tab.
CP-592Managing Agent Dashboard - A new dashboard has been implemented for Managing Agents. The new dashboard includes a map of all linked organisations.  Graphs indicating licences status, monthly authenticator usage and network balances. Clicking on a graph will display additional information. A list of all organisations linked to the installer. The ability to edit information relating to the complex and linked devices from the dashboard. A table with current SIM balances.
CP-630Access Report - The Access report now reports the MK II BB access point and access method correctly.
CP-756Biometric Report - A new report for the Biometric devices. This report displays enrolled/ not enrolled, quality of print for each user of each unit in a complex. 
CP-791Widgets Tab - Remove the widgets tab from the Installer role. The widgets tab is now replaced with the installer dashboard.
CP-792Units Old - Comb Portal displays the improved Units page. The previous Units page is now disabled.
CP-830Firmware update stuck in Pending state - When selecting a firmware upgrade the status would remain in the "Pending" state even though the firmware upgrade was successfully completed.
CP-856RAG status to be used to limit the number of firmware versions to be displayed - The RAG status of a firmware upgrade is used to determine if the version of firmware will be displayed when selecting a firmware upgrade. Only firmware with "Green" or "Amber" state will be displayed.
CP-858Scanner report file name - The scanner report when download was saved with a file name SMS-Billing. The saved filename is Scanner-report.
CP-859Device History not recording events correctly - The device history was not recording the birth of a new PCB correctly. When creating a new device the initial "link" was not recorded.
CP-860GPS coordinates are now mandatory when creating on Organisation - When creating an organisation the GPS coordinates are required.
CP-863Filters on OEM Manage Comb Store - Filters have being added to allow Comb staff to search Comb Store in a more efficient way.
CP-865OEM Uptime Statistic Screen - Added firmware version and Last Comms date as filters.
CP-866Pop up Info for MA/Installer info - Comb Support feature for Device Logs, Device Status and Device Uptime stats now have pop up dialog box to display Managing Agent and Installer details when selecting the "Eye" icon in the Organisation column. 
CP-867Description Fixed Create New User - Fixed the spelling mistake on the Create New User page.
CP-873Biometric Service not running - If the Biometric service is not running, an error was displayed. The error is now handled within Comb Portal.
CP-881Filters on Comb Trigger Store - The Comb Trigger Store table now has filters to enable the quick search for a trigger device.
CP-886Remove Scanner as an option from Access Report - Remove the Scanner as an option from the Select Device menu in the Access reports.
CP-889MK II BB migration - Only migration to MK II BBH will be enabled.
CP-903TAP codes in excel report - The TAP codes are now displayed in the Excel format of the Access report correctly.
ADS-568MK II BBH Reports 2 hours behind - The Access report for the MK II BBH now takes into account the time zone settings. 
ADS-570SMS and EMAIL setting returns to disabled - When saving the Email and SMS preferences in the Units, the setting would always return to Disabled. This is now resolved.
