Comb Portal – Release 1.8.5 – Release Notes

Based on market feedback, as well as feedback from our testers, Comb
Communications schedules development efforts to address problems or the call
for new features. We appreciate feedback on the functionality and usability of our
software service platforms and prioritize our efforts accordingly.

In this release, several new enhancements and fixes have been addressed.

New Transport Layer - Implement a new transport protocol fo communication between the devices and Comb back-end servers.

CP-584Link Hardware type to Triggers - Different hardware types support different trigger types and trigger qualifiers. Comb Portal now manages the various combinations.

Support for additional telephone numbers on the intercom for out going calls - The MK II Lite intercom now supports additional telephone numbers for calling the residents. The first three numbers are displayed on the intercom, telephone number 4 to 9 are not displayed but can be activated when the intercom displays the first three numbers by entering in the required number (4 to 9).

The intercom firmware must be 2.0.0 or greater to support the extra dial positions.

CP-662Trigger Overrides is supported in Units New - Trigger overrides can now be configured in the "Units New" page. 
CP-664 TAP codes now displayed in reporting - The TAP and TAPex codes are now displayed in the  Access report. Please note that the MK II Lite intercoms require firmware version 1.20.6 and higher. 
CP-731Add a contact person in the edit organisation page - A contact persons name can be added from the Edit Organisation details page.
CP-752Relay Index transposed when doing a migration - When doing a migration from Comb Connect, the relay indexes where transposed causing the triggers to active the incorrect relay.
CP-761Custom Time grids can be deleted - A custom time grid can now be deleted.
CP-766Unit adjustment error - When adjusting the number of units in an organisation, a error occurred. This is now resolved.
CP-805Bio enrollment - The enrollment of finger prints now longer require the separate enrollment application. Enrollments are now done via Units New page.
CP-829MK II BBH - Migration from Comb Connect to Comb Portal now includes the new Near Real Time firmware for the MK II BB devices. This version of firmware is similar to the MK II P/L in the way changes and trigger events are handled.
